Termite Service Guarantee
Preferred Pest Control offers Termidor termite control services on existing structures. Termidor treatment includes an initial one year service re-treatment warranty with the option of extending the warranty annually for an additional fee. Termite Pre-Construction treatments include a five year service re-treatment warranty. One month before the warranty expiration date, a notice will be sent giving you the option to extend the warranty. If the warranty is extended, our office will arrange a thorough interior and exterior inspection of the treated structures by one of our certified termite inspectors. If termite activity is discovered during our inspection, or at any time that the structure is under warranty, there is no additional charge for treatments made by Preferred Pest Control to control the termite activity. All termite warranties are fully transferable to new owners at no additional charge in the event that the house is sold.

Nuisance Wildlife Service Guarantee
